CAB– Community Assistance board- Administer the distribution of funds to non-profit agencies for St. Charles County indigent and homeless assistance programs, Project CARE, and the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Homeless Prevention Program. The Community Assistance Board of St. Charles County is accepting online applications for funding from the County’s 2021 Homeless and Indigent funds and 2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Homeless Prevention Program funds. Non-profit agencies may apply for these funds to provide services to the homeless and indigent in St. Charles County. Application deadline is August 14, 2020. The agencies can apply online with the username/password provided. First-time applicant agencies or agencies who have not been provided with a username/password, please contact Pinar Turker – pturker@sccmo.org for more information.


CCRB- Community Children Resource Board

The CCRB operates on a partnership model with local non-profit agencies to improve access to and provide mental health and substance use treatment services for children in St. Charles County.

For every dollar spent in St. Charles County, 1/8 of a cent is dedicated to the Children’s Community Services Fund for St. Charles County children and teens, up to 19 years of age.  The CCRB oversees the administration, allocation, and distribution of the Children’s Community Services Fund. In addition to its responsibilities of administering funds, the CCRB also oversees local funding for the Missouri Children’s Trust Fund License Plate Program.
